Cooking Time 20 minutes
Ingredients (in order)
● 1 cup boiled pasta
● 1 cup microgreens
● 2 tbsp nuts (cashew/walnut)
● 2 cloves garlic
● 2 tbsp olive oil
● 2 tbsp grated cheese
● Salt
● Pepper
Procedure
1. Boil pasta as per packet instructions, drain and keep aside.
2. In a mixer, add microgreens, nuts, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Grind into a smooth paste (this is pesto).
4. Heat a pan, add a little oil.
5. Add boiled pasta and mix.
6. Add pesto sauce and mix well on low flame.
7. Add cheese and mix again.
8. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
9. Serve hot.
