Cooking Time 20 minutes
Ingredients
● 1 cup cooked rice (cooled)
● ½ cup baby coriander (chopped)
● 3 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
● 1 tbsp butter
● 1 tbsp olive oil
● Salt
● Pepper
Procedure
1. Heat butter and olive oil in a pan.
2. Add garlic and sauté till light golden.
3. Add cooked rice and mix gently.
4. Add salt and pepper.
5. Add baby coriander and mix well.
6. Cook for 2–3 minutes on low flame.
7. Serve warm.
