Ingredients (in order)
● 1 cup whole wheat flour
● Water to knead
● Salt For stuffing:
● 2 boiled potatoes (mashed) OR ½ cup crumbled paneer
● 1 cup chopped microgreens
● 1 green chilli (finely chopped)
● ½ tsp cumin powder
● ½ tsp garam masala
● Salt to taste
Procedure
1. Take flour in a bowl, add salt and water, knead into soft dough. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
2. In another bowl, mix mashed potatoes/paneer with microgreens, chilli, spices, and salt.
3. Divide dough into small balls.
4. Roll one ball slightly, place stuffing inside.
5. Close and roll gently into paratha.
6. Heat tawa.
7. Cook paratha on both sides using a little oil or ghee.
8. Cook until golden brown spots appear.
9. Serve hot with curd or pickle.
