Ingredients
● 1 cup spinach (blanched & chopped)
● ½ cup boiled peas
● ½ cup baby coriander (chopped)
● 2 boiled potatoes (mashed)
● 1 green chilli (chopped)
● ½ tsp cumin powder
● ½ tsp garam masala
● Salt
● 2 tbsp cornflour or breadcrumbs
● Oil for shallow frying
Procedure
1. In a bowl, add spinach, peas, and baby coriander.
2. Add mashed potatoes and mix well.
3. Add chilli, spices, salt, and cornflour.
4. Mix everything into a soft dough.
5. Make small round flat kebabs.
6. Heat oil in a pan.
7. Place kebabs and cook on medium flame.
8. Flip and cook both sides till golden brown.
