Cooking Time 7 minutes
Ingredients (in order)
● 1 cup microgreens
● 1 orange (peeled and segmented)
● 2 tbsp roasted peanuts or nuts
● 1 tbsp olive oil
● 1 tsp lemon juice
● Salt
● Pepper
Procedure
1. Take a big bowl.
2. Add microgreens and orange pieces.
3. Add roasted nuts.
4. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
5. Pour dressing over salad.
6. Toss gently (do not mash).
7. Serve fresh.
