Classic Wheatgrass Detox Juice

Start wrCooking Time 5 minutes (no cooking, just blending) 

Ingredients 

● ½ cup fresh wheatgrass (chopped) 

● ½ cup cold water 

● 1 tbsp lemon juice

 ● 1 pinch black salt (optional) 


Procedure

1. Rinse the wheatgrass thoroughly under running water. 

2. Chop into smaller pieces to help blending.

3. Add wheatgrass and water into a blender. 

4. Blend for 30–40 seconds until fully broken down.iting here...

5. Strain using a fine sieve or muslin cloth (important for smooth texture). 

6. Add lemon juice and black salt.

 7. Stir well and drink immediately as a small shot. 

✨ Taste note: earthy + sharp + awakening (like a slap, but in a good way)
