Ingredients (in order)
● ½ cup wheatgrass
● 1 ripe banana
● 1 cup almond milk (or any milk)
● 1 tbsp peanut butter (optional)
● 1 tsp dates syrup or honey
● Ice cubes
Procedure
1. Wash and chop wheatgrass.
2. Blend wheatgrass with milk first.
3. Add banana, peanut butter, and sweetener.
4. Blend until thick and creamy.
5. Add ice and blend briefly.
6. Pour and serve immediately.
