Green Detox Wheatgrass Juice

Ingredients (in order)

 ● ½ cup wheatgrass

 ● ½ cucumber (chopped) 

● 1 green apple (chopped) 

● ½ inch ginger 

● ½ cup water 

● 1 tbsp lemon juice

Procedure 

1. Wash all ingredients thoroughly. 

2. Add wheatgrass + water to blender and blend first.

3. Add cucumber, apple, and ginger. 

4. Blend until smooth. 

5. Strain if you prefer a clear juice (optional). 

6. Stir in lemon juice. 

7. Serve chilled.
