Pineapple Wheatgrass Smoothie

Ingredients (in order) 

● ½ cup fresh wheatgrass 

● 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen) 

● ½ banana ● 1 cup coconut water 

● 1 tsp honey (optional) 

● Ice cubes (optional)


Procedure 

1. Wash and chop the wheatgrass. 

2. Add wheatgrass and coconut water to blender first (helps smooth blending). 

3. Blend until the grass is mostly broken down. 

4. Add pineapple, banana, and honey. 

5. Blend again until creamy and smooth. 

6. Add ice if needed and blend briefly. 

7. Serve immediately.

 ✨ Taste note: tropical sweetness masks the grassy punch beautifullyng here...
