Ingredients
● 1 cup cooked rice (slightly mashed)
● 1 cup curd
● Salt
● ¼ cup baby coriander (chopped) Tempering:
● 1 tsp oil
● ½ tsp mustard seeds
● 1 tsp urad dal
● 5 curry leaves
Procedure
1. Take cooked rice in a bowl and mash slightly.
2. Add curd and salt, mix well.
3. Add chopped baby coriander.
4. Heat oil, add mustard seeds and let splutter.
5. Add urad dal and curry leaves.
6. Pour tempering over rice.
