Ingredients
● 1 cup cooked rice (slightly mashed)
● 1 cup curd
● Salt
● ¼ cup Multigreens (chopped) Tempering:
● 1 tsp oil
● ½ tsp mustard seeds
● 1 tsp urad dal
● 5 curry leaves
Procedure
1. Take cooked rice in a bowl and mash slightly.
2. Add curd and salt, mix well.
3. Add chopped Multigreens.
4. Heat oil, add mustard seeds and let splutter.
5. Add urad dal and curry leaves.
6. Pour tempering over rice.
