● 2 cups idli batter
● ½ cup chopped microgreens
● Salt
Procedure
1. Add microgreens and salt to batter.
2. Mix gently. 3. Grease idli plates.
4. Pour batter.
5. Steam for 10–12 minutes.
6. Remove and serve.
