Ingredients (in order)
● 200g paneer (cubed)
● 1 cup microgreens
● 1 tbsp curd
● 1 tsp chilli powder
● ½ tsp turmeric
● 1 tsp lemon juice
● Salt
● 1 tsp oil
Procedure
1. In a bowl, add curd, chilli powder, turmeric, salt, lemon juice, and oil. Mix well.
2. Add paneer cubes and coat properly.
3. Keep aside for 5–10 minutes.
4. Heat a pan or grill.
5. Cook paneer cubes on medium flame until slightly golden.
6. Remove and place on plate.
7. Add fresh microgreens on top.
8. Serve immediately.
